Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff observed to not change gloves between tasks. Gloves were used to make drinks and without being changed, used to grab straws for straw container.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that between tasks, gloves are changed inbetween.

Handwasing station (x2) equipped with hot/cold water, soap and paper towel
Three compartment sink, reviewed method, with plugs, bleach used as sanitizer - satisfactory.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Dry storage area organized, food stored of the floor
Ice machine (x2) sanitary, scoop kept in clean containers outside of machine.
Bleach and water solution used as sanitizer around 200ppm tested.
*obtain test strips to check concentration of solution.
Staff have food safe level 1 equivalent, expires in 2026.
No signs of pests during time of inspection.
