Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CVNPSS:

Operator has instructed and reminds staff on a regular basis that all dishes, utensils, equipment must be washed in the low temperature dishwasher. Low temperature dishwasher registered 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle. Note: large equipment to be washed, rinsed, sanitized in 100ppm for 2 minutes then air dryed. The large utility sink can be used for this purpose.
Majority of food products adequately covered in the walk in cooler. Reminder to cover food containers with tight fitting lids to protect from contamination.
Bleach sanitizer solution available for use in labeled spray bottles (front area and kitchen).
Ceiling tiles thoroughly cleaned.
Reminder that in the absence of the operator at least one staff on duty must have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent.
