Noticed a build up of frost pushing through the right side of cold air feed. Some sauces stored in unit, but no other perishable foods noticed. Corrective Action(s): Removed the perishable foods from unit. Defrost unit completely and continue monitoring temperatures of this unit. Service unit if it continues to maintain a temperature above 4 C. Violation Score: 5

Hand wash facilities good. prep coolers and walk-in cooler less than 4 C. **note under counter cooler above 4 C. (Get a thermometer for this unit to allow for regular temp monitoring. Quats at dispenser measured 200 ppm. Freezer below -18 C. General cleanliness and organization good.
