Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water sanitizer was measured approximately 10 ppm chlorine (in spray bottle and in sanitizer bucket)
Corrective Action(s): Corrected. Sanitizer re-tested at 100 ppm chlorine bleach. Ensure sanitizer is always available at the correct concentration required for safe and effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (e.g. 100 to 200 ppm chlorine bleach).

Packaged meat observed to be thawing under cold running water.
Hand washing stations (front, kitchen, washrooms) are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition. Ice machine scoop stored outside of ice machine.
Three compartment sink supplied with three sink plugs, hot and cold running water. Bleach on site.
High temperature dishwasher measured 75 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (required: 71 degrees C or more at the utensil surface). Note: Dishwasher turned on recently and required time to reach operating temperature.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
