*Follow-up to inspection conducted on January 22, 2019 (Report MLOO-B8NUSD)

- Cleaning has been done throughout the kitchen and storage area. Clean and sanitize all food prep surfaces every morning with bleach sanitizer before beginning to prepare food. Inspect the restaurant everyday for droppings. If you see them, clean them up and sanitize the area with bleach sanitizer.
- Pest control company Atlas has provided services. Traps have been placed in various locations in the kitchen and storage area. Report will be sent to the operator by e-mail. Operator will provide a copy to the health inspector once received. Current contract is monthly.
- In the future, do not leave food out to attract pests and do not use poison bait inside the restaurant
