Observation: Mice droppings noted along walls behind the baking area, on the floors, shelves and on food containers in the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all surfaces, equipment, shelving units and food containers to remove all mice droppings.
Provide the latest report from the professional pest control company to the Health Department.
Have the Pest Control company do a thorough inspection of the building exterior and interior (including upstairs if needed) to find all entry points for the mice.
