Observation: 2 Major violations observed with respect to proper dishwashing:
1) Hot water coming out of faucet at wash sink not adequate. Maximum temperature observed to be 36 degrees Celsius

2) Sanitizer solution in dishwashing area at concentrations of less than 200ppm QUAT. Measured to be at 0ppm.

Corrective Action(s): .
1) Bottom valve of plumbing underneath sink was adjusted to minimize amount of cold water coming out of faucet. Now hot water reaches 47 degrees Celsius - This is a temporary solution ONLY and faucet must be repaired.

2) Sanitizer solution must be added manually to last sink - observed testing with Manger. Facility has test strips. Ensure all staff are manually adding sanitizer solution to last sink and are testing it. This is a temporary solution ONLY and dispensing unit must be repaired.

- No evidence of pests

NOTE: hot water at handsinks measured to be at temperatures of 50 degrees Celsius. Hot water available at facility.
