-The kitchen needs better organization, discussed with the owner during the inspection.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
Bleach solution was at 100 ppm
The dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
