Corrective Action(s): Dispenser adjusted at the time of inspection. Solution now measures 200ppm. Re-fill all sanitizer bottles. Ensure that concentration of solution is checked daily.

1) Clean all areas where rodent droppings are found using a 1:10 bleach solution (1 cup bleach in 10 cups water)
2) Ensure all foods are stored in pest proof containers
3) Reduce clutter
4) Increase frequency of pest technician visits if necessary
