Observation: During time of inspection, the following observations were made:
1) Handwashing station was not easily accessible, blocked off by chairs and dry goods
2) Operator informed that sink by dish is used for handwashing but no soap and paper towels are available by this sink
Corrective Action(s): - Operator MUST ensure that ALL handwashing stations are easily accessible, equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels at ALL times
- Install wall mounted soap and paper towels at dishpit and/or have handwashing sink unobstructed at all times

- Sanitizer test strips available available for monitoring sanitize concentration
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection
- General sanitation of facility -OK (maintain hard to reach areas)

Notes:
- Chest freezer will be replaced (plastic housing is in disrepair)
- Commercial fume hood due for professional cleaning, ensure this is serviced
- Ensure to keep line/prep cooler lid closed when - corrected during time of inspection
