Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A selection of hand wash stations (employee change room) lack paper towels;
Corrective Action(s): Make sure all handwsah stations are fully equipped with liquid soap paper towels and are generally clean at all times. This will be reviewed at follwo up inspection date noted on report.

Observation: Observed the following areas of the facility to have an excessive accumulation of water and/or food, with or without the development of a slimy organic matt in the grout work:
- Deep frier (nugget) station, adjacent shelf (clean container) and floor in area *Moderate*;
- Floor under counter at drive thru p/u station (*localized but significant);
- Dishwash/laundry section very dirty and disorganized (*needs a reset), including behind beverage syrups and locker area (*pictures);
- Handwash sink and floor area at mcmuffin production station (*moderate);
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the above noted areas by re-inspection date noted on report.
