Observation: Accumulation of dust and food debris observed from the following areas:
1) floor by the furnace/ice machine and underneath metal shelving unit, on which cans are stored at the back
2) on and around the dry storage bins
3) inside three door stand-up cooler in kitchen
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all areas mentioned above are cleaned. Remove all food debris on a daily basis to prevent attracting pest. [CORRECT BY: Friday, Jan 12th]

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; Hot-holding temperatures within requirement.
-Buffet table temperatures within requirement. Tongs stored in proper manner.
-200ppm QUAT available in labelled spray bottles.
-Ice machine maintained in sanitary manner. Scoop stored in proper manner.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-Glasswasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the glass level after final rinse.
-General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
-Bar area satisfactory. Washrooms satisfactory.

NOTE: Two Denby coolers at the bar operating ~9'C. Both are used to store carbonated drinks/alcohols only. Do not store potentially hazardous food in these two units, unless operating at or below 4'C.
NOTE: Stand up freezer at the back requires defrosting of ice.

Follow-up inspection will be conducted on Friday, January 12th 2018. Ensure the areas mentioned above are cleaned.
