Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AC2RN8: 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Reminder to store all wiping cloths in this solution when not in use. Staff washroom hand sink and designated hand sink for kitchen provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Back screen door kept closed. Light fixture by back door provided with an adequate cover. Food products covered in the walk in cooler. Scoops and other dispensing utensils stored outside of dry products. Dust accumulations around ceiling tiles and ventilation duct cleaned. Further cleaning required for the exhaust canopy.
