All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests. Pest control is coming on site regularly, report reviewed during the inspection.
Glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine
Dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
