-Discussed the need for more storage space with the operator.
-Provided the handout for the FoodSafe Level 1 refresher course. Both of the operator's certificates expire in May 2019.
-Recommend daily temperature records for all coolers and freezers on site.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests, pest control comes on site monthly.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Sanitation checklist is posted and checked off daily.
Bleach sanitizer is available and is at 100 ppm.
The dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 77 C at the plate level.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
