Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One box of baby spinach is noted on display cooler, with temperature of 14.9oC. Package on baby spinach indicated Keep Refrigerated.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any perishable items in this cooler as temperature is not able to maintain at 4oC or less. Box of baby spinach discarded.

Observation: Some products are noted on display cooler with no labels. This includes 4 plastic containers of Kadvoo Kadiya; 2 small jars of pickled vegetables; and 8 plastic containers of sugar pineapples.
Corrective Action(s): All food products must come from an approved source, with proper labels. HELD stickers are placed on these products, until operator can provide receipt of purchase. Do not remove from facility.

Observation: Rodent droppings are noted at the back of the store, on floor around mid storage area. Operator indicated no pest control company routinely visits.
Corrective Action(s): Contact pest control company for routine check. Remove droppings, and sanitize areas.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: 4 chest freezers are noted at the very back, outside of back door. This area was never approved as part of the approved plan, when facility opened.
Corrective Action(s): This area must not be used for food storage as this is not part of the approved plan. Remove freezers from area, and all other equipment/items.
If operator wishes to add this area to the plan, an updated plan with updated flooring must be included on the proposal.
