Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -bleach sanitizer in spray bottle @ >200 ppm (bleaching out test strip)
Corrective Action(s): -Ensure concentration of bleach sanitizer is between 100 ppm - 200 ppm. Use chlorine test strips to verify concentration. Ensure reusable wiping cloths are stored in a sanitizer solution in between uses to prevent microbial growth.

Observation: 1) light fixtures in kitchen prep area and hallway next to bathrooms do not have covers.
2) bathroom doors (customer x 2 and 1 staff) were fully open during time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): 1) Install a protective sleeve or cover to protect foods if light bulbs shatter
2) install self closing hinges/devices to ensure doors close automatically.

Observation: 1) rusted racks noted in the coolers
2) single use plastic containers are being reused to store foods.
3) plastic single use scoop noted in dry storage food bins
4) tape noted on the seal of the drawer of the cooler prep unit
Corrective Action(s): 1) refinish (clean & paint)/replace racks.
2) obtain food grade reusable containers and transfer food to the reusable containers.
3) obtain a proper reusable food grade scoop
4) remove the tape and repair seal if necessary
