Observation: Mice droppings observed on boxes, under shelves in the back and under counters in the front service area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all the droppings as discussed. Do not store pizza boxes directly on the floor in the front service area. Contact a pest control company to deal with the rodent issue. Email me the service report from the pest control company.

Code 206 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-BKSVXG of Jan-13-2020
Hot potentially hazardous food stored/displayed below 60 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: Some of the pizzas in the pizza warmer were around 45-52 degC. All the pizzas below 60 degC were discarded. The bottom part of the unit was turned on and on the highest setting while the top part was turned off. There are no doors on the unit.
Correction: You do not have approval to hold temperatures below 60 degC. The warmer needs to maintain all the pizzas at 60 degC or higher. Get this issue addressed.

Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-BKSVXG of Jan-13-2020
Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: There was no sanitizer in the water in the 3rd compartment of the sink in which dishes were being sanitized. The sanitizer bottle feeding into the sink was empty.
Correction: Operator replaced the sanitizer bottle during the inspection after which 200ppm Quats was available for sanitizing.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Both hand sinks did not have any soap or paper towels. Operator indicated that they're in the process of changing dispensers.
Correction: Until the dispensers have been changed, provide liquid "pump" soap in a bottle at both hand sinks and some paper towels as discussed.
Comments

On Follow-Up:
-Temperature log is being maintained. Don't record temperatures during defrost cycles as discussed. Wait till the defrost cycle ends.
-Prep cooler's been cleaned.
-Pizzas in the warmer are above 60 degC, but these just came out of the oven. Turn on the top and bottom heaters as discussed (NOT just the bottom one).
-Temporary soap in bottles are provided at both handsinks. ENSURE THESE ARE GET PLACED INTO MOUNTED DISPENSERS WHEN THEY ARRIVE.
-The sanitizer concentration in 3rd compartment of the sink is 200ppm.
