Routine inspection - Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Sanitizer QUAT measure at 200ppm in spray bottles. - Dish washing machine registered at 72.9C at the dish surface. - General sanitation is satisfactory. - Food is stored off the floor. No sign of pest at this date. - Display Coolers are at or below 4C - Walk-in cooler is at or below 4C - Walk-in freezer is at or below -18C - Employees hygiene is satisfactory.
