Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The facility received a shipment of 13 bags of raw Taiwanese sausages at the time of inspection. Temperature has not been measured for this batch of sausages. Internal temperature measured at 14.5C. This shipment of sausages were placed on hold until the source is confirmed.

Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CBAV8F:
Hand sink is serviced. The basin does not leak water anymore.
General sanitation improved under the stainless steel table where rice cooker is located.
Observed a delivery of raw Taiwanese sausages (13 bags in total) in a cardboard box. The delivery vehicle was non-commercial silver SUV. Internal temperature of delivered sausages were measured at 14.5C. Item placed on hold at the time of inspection. No company name or its contact information available on the receipt provided by the delivery person. The name and contact information of supplier was provided by the operator. Do not use Taiwanese sausages until the source is confirmed by the district health inspector.
Confirmed the receipts of other food items that are not in its original packaging (chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, fish, squid, vegetables, etc.). Confirmed that other items are from approved sources.
