Observation: Dishwasher and heating unit still are draining into the two compartment sink.

All fridges are 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
Freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder.
Ensure wiping cloths are stored in bleachwater solution between use. 1 capful household bleach to 4 litres of water.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 73 degrees Celsius at the plate surface.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink.
Rice in warmer was 53 degrees C. Ensure that rice is reheated in microwave to 74 degrees before placing in rice warmer. This was corrected at inspection.
