Staff washroom faucet repaired. Cleaning of main floor is done with exception of corner under handwash station in the front. Manager informed that the corner was just cleaned but it was not maintained after. Please speak to all staffs to ensure this is being done daily. Discussed about replacing floor tiles in this area as well due to high moisture and sightings of fruit flies. Manager cleaned the area at time of inspection. Grout appears to be worn and must be replaced by next routine. Mice droppings still noted under staff area. Jan pest control report reviewed onsite. Please monitor this area more frequently and have technician look at adding traps. Recommend adding closing gap on bottom of gated doors when store is closed as this is likely the main reason for pest entry.
