Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Restaurant is operating without a working dishwasher. Dishes are not being run through the dishwasher since it is not working properly. There are dishes piled up next to the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Closure order issued.

Observation: Cleaning needed underneath equipment, on shelving, behind the ice machine and behind the cart used for dishes.

Observation: a) Dishwasher was not working properly. The drainpipe was not attached to the dishwasher at the start of the inspection and when it ran, it leaked a large amount of water.
b) Paper towel dispenser needed at the bar hand sink.
Corrective Action(s): a) Fix immediately.

Observation: LIght covers not present on the kitchen lights above the grill.

Comments

All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach was at 100 ppm.
Glasswasher had 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
Sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.

Closure Order issued since the dishwasher was not operational.
