100ppm bleach available for use in spray bottle.
3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing.
Walk in cooler at 4 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -18 degrees C.
No hot holding at time of inspection.
Under the grill drawer coolers at or below 4 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Beverage coolers at 3-4 degrees C.
Permit posted in plain view of the public.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
