* Dishwasher final rinse was 74'C/165'F or hotter
* Food was covered in storage areas
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm chlorine residual in all buckets storing wiping rags
* Monitoring records for temperature/cleaning were available and up to date
* Hand washing stations had liquid soap and paper towels available
* Staff were dressed appropriately with proper attire and hair protection; food safe level 1 has been updated for all staff
* Overall improvements noted in general organization
* Note: Some organization to be done over 2-compartment sink to remove food equipment and store these away from sink areas
