Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution was available for use at beginning of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure fresh sanitizer solution is prepared at the start of each day in a bucket for soaking wiping cloths and changed every 4 hours, or store sanitizer solution in spray bottle ready to use. Staff could not find their spray bottle of quat sanitizer during inspection; mixed fresh sanitizer solution in bucket at time of inspection; 200 ppm quats detected.

- Hand sinks in kitchen and staff washroom were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing
- Walk-in cooler and pizza prep cooler were measured to be below 4C. *Reminder to keep the lids closed at the top to keep toppings in inserts at below 4C
- Chest freezer temperature satisfactory
- Hot holding units were above 60C
- Accurate thermometers available
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- General sanitation satisfactory. **Minor cleaning of floors required in hard to reach areas.
