Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # AKAO-B9XTK2 of Mar-04-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Build up of dirt/ mould noticed on the fan cover in the deli storage cooler located near the double sink. Correction: Remove the fan cover and clean thoroughly. Clean all interior shelves to remove food spills.(By March 10, 2019)

Meat display case measured at 4 C or less throughout unit. Operator had serviced and 20 lbs Freon added. Compressor replacement scheduled and possibly within the next few weeks. All good.
