Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the areas noted. Operator stated that the ventilation hood is scheduled to be serviced on Monday February 19, 2018.

Observation:
1) Food contact surfaces in the kitchen had tape on them.
2) A styrofoam box covered in duct tape was in the front upright cooler.
Corrective Action(s):
1) As discussed in the previous inspection, all food contact surfaces must be smooth and easily washable.
2) Purchase and use a food grade container instead

This must be corrected by the next inspection.

- Hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels were available at handwashing stations - ensure that these is stocked at all times
