Follow-up inspection conducted - facility is generally in good sanitary condition. Hand sink runs freely and is stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels dispensed from mounted dispenser. Additional cleaning has been conducted in the facility, including the floors. Thank you for your co-operation. Operator states that prep table island will be replaced with a stainless steel variant, and that there will be additional power washing of the walls.
