-Follow-up inspection to August 08, 2017. -Prep cooler has been serviced but is still unable to maintain 4C or less on a consistent basis (cooler unit was at 10C). Cooler unit is currently not being used for the storage of potentially hazardous foods. Cool unit must be serviced and must be able to maintain 4C at all times. Failure to repair cooler unit may result in the issuance of Orders and/or violation tickets. -Chemical spray bottles were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure bottles are relabelled as needed. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
