Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BJTP2R: New accurate indicating thermometer in place inside walk in cooler. Quats dispenser at chemical dispensing station at 3 compartment sink serviced. Reminder that when dispensing quats dispense using water temperature at 24 degrees C/75 degrees F to achieve 200ppm. Do not dispense using only hot water. This is as per the posted Subway 3 Compartment sink Setup and Washing placard. Verify concentration using available test strip.
