Observation: No chlorine detected in the glasswasher. Staff called for service at the time of inspection.The cabaret is not open until 7pm.
Corrective Action(s): DO NOT use the glasswasher as it is not sanitizng glasses adequately. Manual washing in the kitchen with sanitizer is to be implemented. Ensure that the glasswasher achieves 100ppm chlorine at utensil's surface.

- The facility is equipped with hot & cold running water
- Handsinks are stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer used on food contact surfaces
- Pest control report reviewed. Some rodent activities on the exterior of the building, but no activity inside. Ensure to store foods in pest proof containers.
- Temperatures of refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C cooler, <-18C freezer)
- No hot holding at the time of inspection
- Ice machine & ice scoop maintained in a sanitary manner
