Handsink supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

Hot Station:
Undercounter cooler measured at 2C.
Microwave is in sanitary condition.
Chili sauce dispenser measured at 66C.
Condiments - sauerkraut and banana peppers measured at an internal temperature of 3C.
Hot dog holding not in use at the time of inspection, measured at 76C.

Cold Station:
Slushee machines measured at a surface temperature of 2C.
Soda dispenser and ice cream dispenser not in use at the time of inspection.
Operator stated that it is due to product shortages, will be ordered in for the following day.

no signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.

*Note: Service technicians were on site to replace 2 compartment sink with a 3 compartment sink for manual ware washing. This was discussed with the District Inspector and deemed adequate. The 3 compartment sink has sink plugs and sanitizer available for manual ware washing and the sink basins are large enough to fit utensils and equipment on site.

**Note: Service technicians were unable to install 3 compartment sink due to space issues with the C02 tank. Operator states that Head Office will seek approved to relocate C02 tank before re-attempting installation of 3 compartment sink.
