Routine inspection conducted

-Handwash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
-Walk-in cooler is below 4C and storage is good
-Display cooler with PHFs requires technician as there is excessive ice build-up
-3 compartment sink for manual dishwashing is satisfactory
-Dishwasher is not yet installed as service technician is not returning their calls. Contact Inspector once dishwasher is set-up for inspection
-Bleach solution in spray bottle available for food contact sanitation and achieves 200ppm. Ensure bottles are labelled
-Dry storage is okay
-No signs of pest activity
