Follow up inspection Corrected items: Pest control has been onsite and has set up traps. A door sweep was installed at the back door. Droppings were cleaned and no new droppings were found The broken tile in the kitchen has been repaired. The cleaning has been completed. Outstanding items: The owner stated that he will be onsite 7 days per week, however, at least one other staff member at all times must be FoodSafe certified.
