- Food storage practices appear satisfactory - food is protection from contamination.
- 200 ppm chlorine bleach solution in spray bottles in processing areas. Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm chlorine bleach solution.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.

-Discussed moving some equipment from the front kitchen to back kitchen - provide floor plans to FHA
* Old mouse droppings noted in one corner of back side kitchen. Ensure pest control is available and monitored and clean up all droppings.
