Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-B2DU2N:

- The prep line cooler door has been properly installed. Temperature maintaining = 4C.
Note: The door of the undercounter beverage cooler at the drive thru is slightly loose. The temperature is maintaining at =4C. Recommend to securely install the door of the undercounter cooler.
- The QUAT sanitizer is still measuring at 400ppm concentration. Adjust the dispenser to dispense 200ppm QUAT sanitizer to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces.
