Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): When checked sanitizer bucket, residual chlorine was not detected. When inquired, operator was not sure if bleach was added to the sanitizer
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to add adequate amount of bleach into the sanitizer to ensure 100-200 ppm of residual chlorine can be met for proper sanitization. Operator added one cap of bleach into the bucket at the time of inspection and measured 200 ppm of residual chlorine during the inspection.
