- Kiosk and storage room maintained in sanitary condition. All food products were stored off of the floor.
- Handwashing sink was supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
- Observed frequent handwashing by staff
- Coolers were operating at 4C or colder and were supplied with thermometers
- Frozen goods stored in deli walk-in freezer were maintained in a frozen state
- Temperatures of cold holding units are checked twice daily. Records were present and were up to date
- Dishes/utensils washed by manual dishwashing method. Staff knowledgeable about steps - wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry
- Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present in compartment for sanitizing step. Test strips present.
- In use wiping cloths kept in quats sanitizer solution (200ppm)
- Reviewing cleaning and sanitizing process for in use smallwares/utensils - staff reported they are cleaned and sanitized at least every 2 hours
- Ice machine appeared clean/maintained.
- No signs of pest infestation observed in kiosk or storage room.
