Observation: This is pending from the previous inspection. Ceiling is discoloured due to grease build up. A portion has been cleaned.
Corrective Action(s): Compete cleaning of ceiling to remove grease. Correction date: Sept. 22/17

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: This is pending from the previous report. Seal/gasket is damaged and coming off of single cooler in storage room. Temperature of food in cooler was 6C. Area Mgr unsure if product was just delivered. No thermometer present inside cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Repair cooler so that seal/gasket is in good condition, door closes tightly and cooler is capable of maintaining food at a temperature of 4C cooler. Transfer all food to another cooler that is at 4C and do not use this cooler until temperature is verifed by Environmental Health Officer. Supply cooler with thermometer inside unit to monitor temperature (in addition to external display).
