Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station in the front end of the store (near the washrooms) was missing hand paper towels.
Paper towels were also missing at the back by the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwashing stations are always equipped with soap and paper towel.

-QUAT sanitizer buckets were measured at 200ppm.
-All coolers were measured at 4C or below
-All freezers were measured at -18C or below.
-Dishwasher was measured at 75.4C at the dish level.
