- Follow-up inspection.
- An additional upright, glass-door cooler is now available onsite and equipped with a thermometer. Measured 4C at time of inspection.
- Two upright coolers and one prep cooler are available onsite, along with one walk-in freezer.
- Broken walk-in cooler currently being used as dry storage.
**Note that if issues with cold food storage capacity or practices arise in the future, you will be required to repair your walk-in cooler.
- Discussed thawing of frozen food items. Food will need to be separated into smaller portions for thawing in your upright coolers, or under cold running water.
- Hand sinks were accessible/unobstructed. Good.
- Ventilation hood was turned on/in use. Good.
- Sanitizer spray bottles were changed in the morning and measured 100 ppm to 200 ppm chlorine residual.
- Dishwasher measured 100 ppm chlorine residual. Staff have been checking daily with test strips. Good.
