Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher not supplied with an approved sanitizer at the time of inspection. Bleach to be added manually to the last, sanitation cycle. Owner primed the sanitizer and came up at 100ppm concentration. However, staff is required to monitor the chlorine concentration daily with a chlorine test strips
Corrective Action(s): Follow up inspection will be conducted on Wednesday, November 23, 2017 for the daily monitoring of the chlorine logs.Owner still contacted ECO lab for the follow up maintenance check.

Please add a new section in your daily monitoring logs for a chemical monitoring of the low temperature dishwasher.
Bleach used as approved sanitizer and all wiping clothes have been stored in the approved sanitizer ( measured at 100ppm ).
Test strips are available, so please use them for daily monitoring.
