-Followup Inspection -Correction order not rescinded -Test food products and submit test results to Environmental Health Officer. Food must be satisfactory before they can be released. Product on hold, otherwise they must be discarded. -Submit cleaning and sanitizing procedures for red rice grinder. Refer to operation manual for proper instructions. Bleach may not be used depending on materials and operation manual. Procedure today was now described as only soap and water with no rinse or sanitizing step. -Blue rice grinder cannot be used due to the crack and gaps on the food contact surfaces and is not smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. -Further non-compliance may result in enforcement action such as violation tickets.
