302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Unknown solution used in food sanitizer spray bottle measured with 0 ppm Quats and bleach. There was a alcohol smell from the solution. Corrective Action(s): Food contact surfaces must be sanitized with approved food grade sanitizer. Instructed staff mixed 200 ppm bleach sanitizer in the meantime for sanitizing. Manager stated she will order quaternary ammonium sanitizer. Violation Score: 5 303 - Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: Hot running water not provided at the facility. Water temperature from hot water tap measured at approximately 21C. Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the equipment to ensure hot running water is provided at the facility. Correct by: May 4, 2024.
