Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution was too strong (bleaching out test strips). Operator diluted at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure chlorine sanitizer solution is maintained at 100ppm which can be made by mixing 2-5ml regular household bleach with 1 liter of water.

Observation: Noted empty ice machine (not in use) stored in the front counter area. Operator said they are not using it at this time. Reviewed cleaning/sanitizing requirements and proper use (ie. scoop for ice stored in a separate container) with operation. Also location of ice dispensing should be within hand washing station area.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use ice machine until sanitation plan and designated location are approved for the ice machine.

Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
2 domestic refrigerators and one small mini fridge cooler - all 4C or less.
Freezers all less than -18C
Hot holding of rice higher than 60C
Good general sanitation. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Back door was closed at time of inspection.
Screen was in place over open back door at time of inspection.
Meat slicer appeared clean at time of inspection.
Domestic dish washer on site. Premises had less than 10 seats for patrons.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered..etc)
