Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
The hand sink in the front service bar area has no paper towel dispenser or paper towels found adjacent to it. Staff are unable to wash and dry their hand correctly.
Corrective Action(s):
Immediately install a paper towels dispenser beside the hand sink and ensure it is kept full at all times.

Comments

A routine inspection was completed the following observations were made:
- Cooler storing bottled drinks was 4C. Thermometer present and temps recorded 2x daily.
- Food display cooler was 10C. This is not used to store any foods or perishable foods.
- Hand sink in back area has liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Glasswasher in the "Asylum" premises used to wash glasses. The [I2] was 12.5ppm.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle had 200ppm strength.
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelve, racks or platforms.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- General sanitation level is satisfactory.
- No signs of pests.
