Routine Inspection: Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. All temperatures met health requirements: - Coolers (beverages, prep, walk-in) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius. - Chest freezer = -19.4 degrees Celsius. - Hot holding for pizza slices = 68.2 degrees Celsius. Thermometers available in cold and hot holding units. One prep cooler is turned off and used for general storage. No potentially hazardous foods stored in this cooler. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Drain plugs available. Concentration of chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm. All food covered and protected from contamination. Equipment stored in an organized and sanitary manner. Premises well lit. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Overall cleanliness very good. Operator signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
