Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer found in spray bottle at sink. Ensure sanitizer is present in the spray bottle at all times. use one cup of bleach for 1L of water.
Corrected during inspection. Staff added bleach to the spray bottle.
Retested at 200ppm.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 1. Container found in handwash sink, no soap at handwash sink as well. Handwashing sinks must be free of clutter and properly equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels at all times. Do not use handsink for any other task other than handwashing.
This is a repeat violation from February, 2015.
Corrected During Inspection
2. Rice prep is being done in back storage room. There is no handsink in this area therefore no food preparation can occur in the back room. Move rice prep equipment to the kitchen area where a handsink is accessible for all staff.
3. No soap at handwashing sink. Liquid soap is needed to properly wash hands. Ensure handwashing sink has liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold working water at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator informed that he does not use soap to wash his hands. did not use soap while handwashing during inspection. Ensure proper handwashing is done at all times. Disscussed proper handwashing with operator.
