Routine Inspection - handwash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels - Walk in freezer ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius - All prep cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius - yogurt temperature below 4 degree Celsius at the time of inspection - dipper well running at the time of inspection - 200 ppm quats sanitizer available. Test strips available - General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection Reminder: Do not reuse the paper used to line the grill for heating. The paper is single use and must be discarded after each use. Note: do not leave ice scoop in the ice machine. Store the ice scoop in a sanitary manner after each use.
